  • All fees are payable in advance.
  • Pitch fees are charged on a pro-rata annual basis from 1st October.
  • There is a £10 one off administration fee and £90 (refundable-see terms for conditions) deposit for key/card in addition to the pitch fee.
  • Payment will be taken in cash on the day or BACS prior to the meeting.
  • Sorry, Credit/debit cards are not accepted.

  • Minimum term is 6 months (April through September only)
  • Upcoming prices are a forecast and may be more or less when the time comes
  • The above list is Standard space fee. 
  • Certain spaces incur an extra £25-40, these are 'Premium' spaces (prices in brackets) with either extra width, only one neighbour, on the end of a row or 'drive-through', these are subject to availability.

NB * some of the pitches are back to back, and some are at approximately a 45 degree angle to the roadway, therefore the maximum unit size suitable will be less than this - space availability will vary.

 

FOR EXAMPLE

The yard is not symmetrical so spaces vary size, it depends what is available at the time of your enquiry as to the charge.

20' space can possibly accommodate up to - 19'6" caravan or motorhome

24' space can possibly accommodate up to 23'6 caravan, 21'6-23'6" motorhome

27' space can possibly accommodate up to 26'6"caravan or motorhome

30' space can possibly accommodate up to 29'6 motorhome or smaller with a small trailer.

  • If you do wish to book a pitch please print and fill in prior to your appointment if possible, this will save you time on the day. 
  • All units must have a minimum 3rd party Insurance ** in place, please provide proof of this at your appointment
  • You will need to bring a utility bill, bank or credit card statement, Council Tax (no more than 3 months old)
  • Your driving licence is also required
  • These will all be photocopied and held on file for your term

 

NB IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR INSURANCE, BILLS OR LICENCE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WILL BE REQUIRED

 

** your towing vehicle insurance is not sufficient and will NOT be accepted !!!
